Overview
The positive control lysate is prepared from A431 cells cultured to confluence T175 flasks, then serum-starved overnight, and treated with insulin (200 µg/mL) for 5 minutes. The cells were lysed with 5mL of freshly prepared 1X Lysis buffer, with shaking for 10 minutes.
