Revvity, ALSU-PIKBA-A-L, AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-IκBα (Ser32/36) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-IkBα (Ser32/36) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 50 ng/mL TNFα and 20 ng/mL Calyculin A for 5 minutes at 37°C and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
