Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-IKKβ (Ser177/181) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 0.75 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS, then treated with 50 μg/mL LPS for 1 hour and lysed at 10 x 106 cells/mL in 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
