Revvity, ALSU-PIRE1-A-L, AlphaLISA Human and Mouse Phospho-IRE1α (Ser724) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-IRE1α (Ser724) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RPMI 8226 cells were resuspended in complete medium at 4 x 106 cells/mL and treated with 200 nM Thapsigargin for 4 hours. Cells were then spun down, washed with HBSS and resuspended at 4 x 106 cells/mL in Lysis Buffer.
