Revvity, ALSU-PIRF5-A-L, AlphaLISA Human Phospho-IRF5 (Ser446) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-IRF5 (Ser446) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were seeded at 300K/mL and incubated for 48 hours in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested and resuspended at 8 x 106 cells/mL and then treated with 100 nM Calyculin A for 3 hours. Cells were then washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed in Lysis Buffer at a final cell density of 8x106 cells/mL.
