Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human & Mouse Phospho-JNK1/3 (Thr183/Tyr185) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 1 µg/mL Anisomycin for 30 minutes and lysed with 10 mL of Lysis Buffer.
