Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-PCKθ (Thr538) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from Jurkat cells, cultured in a T175 flask in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed at approximately 4 x 106 cells/mL with 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
