Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-PKR (Thr451) Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, AN3CA cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 20 ng/mL Calyculin for 4 hours and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
