Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Progesterone Receptor (Ser190) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed with 3 mL of Lysis Buffer.
