Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse p-RAB12 (Ser106) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 1 mg/mL chloroquine for 3 hours and lysed in 3 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
