Revvity, ALSU-PRIP3-B-L, AlphaLISA Mouse Phospho-RIP3 (Thr231/Ser232) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-RIP3 (Thr231/Ser232) Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, L929 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 50 ng/mL mTNFα, 20 μM Z-VAD and 200 nM SM-164 for 2 hours at 37°C. Cells were lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
