Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-RNA POL II (Ser2) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A549 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
