Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. This control lysate was prepared from C2C12 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with rhBMP4 (50 ng/mL) for 30 min and lysed in 13 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
