Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-Src assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flask in 10% FBS medium, then treated with 2.5% Pervanadate for 30 mins, and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
