Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-STING (Ser366) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from THP-1 cells seeded at 4 x 106 cells/mL and treated with 100 nM Calyculin for 2 hours. Cells were washed with HBSS and lysed with Lysis Buffer B to a final concentration of 4 x 106 cells/mL.
