Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-STING (Ser365) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 20 μg/mL DMXAA for 1 hour and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer B.
