This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-TIE2 (Tyr992) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HUVEC cells were cultured to confluence in a T175 cm flask in FBS containing medium, then treated with 250 μM Pervanadate for 30 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
