Revvity, ALSU-PVAV1-A-L, AlphaLISA Human Phospho-VAV1 (Tyr174) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-VAV1 (Tyr174) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Positive Control Lysate: Prepared from THP1 cells, seeded at 300 K/mL and grown for two days in T175 flasks in 100 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 2 x 106 cells/mL and treated with 2 mM pervanadate for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed with 5x SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer. Application-Cell Signaling
