Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total ALK Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from Karpas-299 cells cultured in T175 flasks to 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS, and lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer at a final cell concentration of 0.3x106 cells/mL.
