Revvity, ALSU-TATG-A-L, AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total ATG16L1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total ATG16L1 Detection Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, PC3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS medium. Cells were amino acid starved with DPBS (containing Ca2+, Mg2+ and glucose) for 4 hours at 37°C. Cells were lysed in 2 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
