Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total ATM Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were cultured in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 0.75 μM neocarzinostatin for 90 min and lysed at 6.4 X 106 cells/mL with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
