Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total BAX Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, C2C12 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium lysed with 16 mL of Lysis Buffer.
