Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total BCL-XL Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A549 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed in 8 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
