Revvity, ALSU-TBEC-A-L, AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total Beclin-1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total Beclin-1 Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were cultured at 800 K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in 50 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
