Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total c-Myb Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Molt-4 cells were seeded at 0.4 x 106 cells/mL the day prior to use in medium containing 10% FCS. Cells were washed in HBSS and lysed at 2x106 cells/mL in 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
