Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total CREB1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, starved for 60 minutes, then treated with 500 ng/mL EGF for 10 minutes and lysed in 8 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
