Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total DDR2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RD cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 500 μM Pervanadate for 30 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer B.
