Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total FOXO3A Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, then treated with 50 ng/mL Calyculin A for 30 minutes and lysed with 16 mL of Lysis Buffer.
