Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra GAPDH assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate was prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T75 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer, and then diluted to a final protein concentration of 20 µg/mL.
