Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse GSK3β Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium then treated with 500 μg/mL insulin for 30 min and lysed in 20 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
