Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total Histone H2A.X Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to confluence in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed in 20mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer containing 1X SureFire Ultra Activation buffer.
