Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total HDAC4 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate MOLT-4 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1.5 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS, and lysed in 1x SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final cell concentration of 10 x 106 cells/mL.
