Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total LRRK2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW-264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 5 μg/mL LPS for 60 minutes and lysed in 5 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
