Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total NFκB2 p100/p52 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed with 8 mL of Lysis Buffer.
