Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PI3 Kinase p85 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate NIH/3T3 cells were cultured to 80-90% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, medium removed and then treated with 50 ng/mL PDGF-BB for 5 minutes and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
