Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total p300 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, K562 cells were washed in HBSS, spun down and lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at 5 x 106 cells/mL.
