Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PKCθ Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, then spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes and lysed in Lysis Buffer at 4 x 106 cells/mL.
