Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total RAB12 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, then treated with 1 mg/mL Chloroquine for 3 hours and lysed with 3 mL of Lysis Buffer.
