Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra total SMAD2 assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS-containing medium, then treated with 10 ng/mL rhTGFβ for 90min and lysed in 6 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
