Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total SMAD3 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from RAW 264.7 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 10ng/mL rhTGFβ for 90min and lysed in 6mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
