Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra total ZAP-70 assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW Jurkat cells were cultured in a T175 flask to 106 cells/mL in medium with 10% FBS, then treated with 11 mM H2O2 for 10 mins, and lysed at 3.2x106 cells/mL with SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
