Overview
AlphaPlex-545 (Terbium) Acceptor beads conjugated to anti-FLAG antibody. The mouse monoclonal M2 clone recognizes the FLAG sequence at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, C-terminus, and internal sites. These beads can be used to capture FLAG-tagged proteins and peptides, and can be used with Alpha Donor beads to create AlphaPlex no-wash assays for:

AlphaPlex Acceptor beads are intended to be used in multiplexing assays, in conjunction with AlphaLISA Acceptor beads and Alpha Donor beads. In a typical Alpha assay:

250 µg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 250-500 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
5 mg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 5,000-10,000 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
25 mg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 25,000-50,000 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
