Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin Free Human Total Rb Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were harvested and washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 4 x 106 cells/mL and lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
