Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin Free Human and Mouse Total STAT1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 0.6 M Sorbitol for 45 minutes and lysed with 6 mL of Lysis Buffer.
