Our lanthanide standard solutions are ready-to-use preparations of europium, samarium or terbium which can be used for instrument troubleshooting and calibration. This Europium solution can be used to determine your instrument sensitivity when planning to run DELFIA assays. DELFIA is a technology based on the fluorescence of lanthanide chelates during which the lanthanide chelate is dissociated and a new highly fluorescent chelate is formed into a protective micellar solution. The nature of the DELFIA lanthanides and the dissociation step leads to assays with low background and high assay signals. Automation Compatible-Yes
