Revvity’s MVI-2 Multi-View Imager in vivo imaging accessory is designed to expand the capabilities of the IVIS™ Lumina S5 and X5 optical imaging systems. Its primary function is to enable simultaneous 360-degree surface mapping for two mice at a time. This functionality allows researchers to identify, localize, and quantify whole-body imaging signals (e.g., from bioluminescent or fluorescent probes) from all angles of both animals in a single imaging session. This capability is ideal for assessing the total signal and distribution of probes, such as those used in studying tumor metastasis or tracking biological processes.
