Performing small RNA sample analysis with the LabChip small RNA assay saves time and money by automating steps for small RNA sizing and relative abundance. Within a minute, the microfluidic LabChip® capillary electrophoresis technology automatically separates and analyzes small RNA samples. System software automatically analyzes the data and determines fragment size and concentration using an internal ladder and marker calibration standards. Digital data results are immediately available for review or reporting in a virtual gel, electropherogram graph or table summary.
Characterization and QC of Small RNA Molecules and CRISPR/Cas9 gRNA
To ensure the efficacy of small RNA molecules used as therapeutic agents they must be thoroughly analyzed. This can include size-based analysis to validate in-house manufactured small RNAs or externally sourced material and to screen for the presence of chemical modifications or truncations that may affect their properties.
