This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Multiplex Human & Mouse Phospho-eIF2α (Ser51 & total) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, C2C12 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, treated with 100 nM Thapsigargin for 30 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
