Product Description
Overview
This dinitrophenol (DNP) labeled analog of uridine triphosphate (UTP) is used for labeling RNA probes via in vitro transcription with various RNA polymerases. DNP labeled RNA probes are used in a variety of molecular biology applications including in situ hybridization and gene expression microarrays. DNP-labeled products may be detected with anti-DNP antibody conjugates.
The number “11” in the compound name refers to the length of the linker arm between UTP and the label. Concentration-10 mM
