Overview
NEXTFLEX Custom Small RNA Blockers let you deplete specific high-abundance small RNAs so more reads are allocated to study-relevant transcripts. Designed for use with the NEXTFLEX Small RNA-Seq Kit v4, they support flexible designs across organisms and sample types.

Targets up to 10 user-selected sequences per project (25 – 50 nt)
Applied at the 3' adapter-ligation step of the NEXTFLEX Small RNA-Seq Kit v4 workflow
Depletes unwanted species such as tRNA and Y RNA fragments or overexpressed miRNAs
Helps increase effective library complexity and read utilization in small RNA-seq
Compatible with default tRNA/YRNA Blockers and with NEXTFLEX blood miRNA blockers
